Goombay Teen DRAFT Kickball League

Welcome to the Goombay TEEN DRAFT Kickball League 2024

Youth between the ages of 11 – 17 are eligible to play in the league and we encourage both boys and girls to participate. The season runs from May 24th – June 28th and all the games are played at the Walker Mill Park Softball field 2 from 6:30pm-9:30pm

PLAYER COST: $55 per player (sibling discount is $45 per child living in the same household)

*When registering for the second child, only pay the $45 deposit and not the entire amount of $55.

COST INCLUDES:

• 4-5 League Games (depending on number of teams registered)
• Certified Umpires
• Team shirts
• Three weeks of open practice with experienced staff members.

Open Practice: Open practice for all teens will take place on May 3rd, May 10th & May 17th at Walker Mill Park from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. On May 17th all teams will participate in a league wide scrimmage game from 6:30pm-9:30pm at Walker Mill Park.

DRAFT PROCEDURE:

Each child will participate in the draft which will be held on Wednesday, May 15th.

**ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE FINAL BY MONDAY, MAY 13th**

Team rosters will be announced after the draft and teams will meet on Friday, May 17th at the official league scrimmage game.  Players must arrive at Walker Mill Park by 6:15pm.
