VIEW ALL ADVENTURE SPORTS SCHEDULES

The Goombay Sports team bring adults together participating in indoor and outdoor sports such as basketball, flag football, kickball, softball, and indoor/outdoor volleyball. Beginners are welcomed, but experienced players are always a plus. Daily practices are held during the week to build skill development, technique, and the chance to network with other individuals who share a common interest.

Each sport team is registered under the best quality leagues in the metropolitan area, such as FABB Sports, Maryland Parks and Planning, King & King Athletics Association, and D.C. Adult Sports League. Through our donations and team sponsorships, Goombay Adventures has provided a means of participation in local charities. Tournaments are held during the year emphasizing team work and confidence.


BASKETBALL

Get into a team this year and join our men's or women's basketball team. Consider joining a team or forming your own if you have enough players to start. SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS


FLAG FOOTBALL

This is a coed sport that's fun and challenging for all flag football enthusiast. Put yourself back in a sport that you've played and loved since childhood! SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS


KICK BALL

Is this the type of game you were best at playing in your gym class? Don't wait to join in our kick-ball team. This sport is all about getting out and running around! SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS


SOFTBALL

Dust off your bats and gloves and join in a challenging soft ball team sport! There is no restriction on playing skills. All are welcome. It's a great way to meet new people and share in the community spirit. SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS


VOLLEYBALL - INDOOR / OUTDOOR

All level players are welcome to participate. It can get a bit competitive, but that's part of the fun in this team sport. We are looking for individuals to join our team or form their own if they have enough players to start. SCHEDULES & PAYMENTS
